Dark Bird ........ Backwards

With this new album Dark Bird is a 3 piece with Melissa Boraski (Eiyn Sof/Olde Nightrifter) on drums/backups, and Pat Finch (Hawkeyes, Stars Here) on bass. Backwards is Dark Birds biggest production to date. This is the first album recorded live with a band and placed in the hands of outside engineers and the first time the artwork was made by someone other than Roan. This is an album made for the stage. As much as the album is about digging through the past, and a world slipping backwards, it is about learning, growing and a hope of something beautiful awaiting on the other side. There is an urgency and energy in these songs. There is an intimacy and a power in this trio that needs to seen live.
